Many venues and organizations require a Certificate of Insurance naming them as an additional insured before a vendor can operate on-site. We carry General Liability Insurance and can typically provide a COI within a few business days of your request.

Pricing & Booking
How do I get a price? Do you have set packages?

Pricing starts at $125, with packages that scale to your event size — Sweet Starter, Sweet Cloud, Big Cloud, and Mega Cloud. Just submit a quote request above and we'll send you a personalized, itemized quote based on your date, attendance, and add-ons.
How far in advance should I reach out?

3–6 weeks ahead is ideal — especially for spring and summer dates, which fill quickly. That said, reach out even on short notice. We'll always try to accommodate you, and a same-week request is sometimes possible.
What are the payment terms?

A 50% deposit is due at reservation to lock in your date, with the remaining balance due the day of your event. We accept Venmo, Zelle, or credit card.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations more than 7 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward a rescheduled date. We understand that weather and life happen — we'll always work with you.
Event Day Logistics
What do I need to provide on the day?

Just a standard 120-volt household outlet — you provide the outlet, we bring the extension cord. We supply a 25-ft extension cord with every rental, and can also provide a small table for the machine if needed. Just let us know when you request your quote.
Can the machine run on a generator?

Yes, our machines can run on a generator that supplies standard 120-volt power. Sourcing, providing, and operating the generator is the customer's responsibility — we recommend confirming your generator's output is sufficient before event day.
Are our machines hard to operate?

Not at all! Whether it's cotton candy or Sno-Kones, we set the machine up, do a test run, and walk your team through exactly how to operate it in just a few minutes. We also leave a simple instruction card and our phone number for any questions. Or add our attendant service and we'll run it for you!

What cotton candy flavors are available?

Our signature flavor is Pink Vanilla. Specialty flavors are available on request — see the full cotton candy flavor catalog. Specialty flavors are subject to availability, and additional ordering time may be needed.
What Sno-Kone flavors are available?

Our signature Sno-Kone flavors are Blue Raspberry and Cherry. Additional flavors are available on request — see the full Sno-Kone flavor catalog. Specialty flavors are subject to availability, and additional ordering time may be needed.
What's included with a Sno-Kone rental?

A Sno-Kone rental includes the machine, 2 flavors of syrup, and cups. Additional flavors are available on request. Ice is the customer's responsibility — but if you'd rather not worry about it, we can provide ice and a cooler for an additional cost. Just let us know when you request your quote.
How much ice do I need per person for Sno-Kones?

As a general rule of thumb, since ice is sold in 5-lb bags, here's a good starting point by event size:

• Sweet Starter (up to 25 servings): about 2 bags (10 lbs)
• Sweet Cloud (25–50 servings): about 3–4 bags (15–20 lbs)
• Big Cloud (50–100 servings): about 5–7 bags (25–35 lbs)
• Mega Cloud (100+ servings): 8+ bags (40+ lbs), scaling up from there

Keep in mind ice melts over the course of the event — especially outdoors in warm weather — so it's always smart to round up and bring an extra bag or two rather than cut it close. If you'd rather not estimate it yourself, add our ice and cooler package when you request your quote and we'll bring the right amount.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Is your cotton candy sugar Halal or Kosher certified?

Yes — our products are certified. You're welcome to review the certificates directly: Halal Certificate, Kosher Pareve Certificate, and Kosher Dairy Certificate. It's the customer's responsibility to review these certificates and confirm they meet your specific Halal or Kosher requirements before booking.
